The commercialization of four renovated exclusive apartments located in the town of Hondarribia, required realistic 3D visualization that would captivate potential buyers. Estudibasic has carried out this collection of photorealistic 3D architectural renderings. The redesigned apartments are located on an historic residential building in Hondarribia. It is a town situated on the beautiful Guipuzcoan coast, near San Sebastian, in the Basque Country, northern Spain.
The property is listed as protected heritage by the city of Hondarribia. The high standing apartments are the result of the reconversion of a more than 300 sqm classic style flat. In addition to their privileged location, a few meters from the sea, the early twentieth century architecture makes these completely restored apartments highly valued products in the real estate market.
3D architectural renderings, visuals for renovated luxurious apartments in the Basque Country
The main goal was to generate a 3D interior visualization work focused on reflecting the history of the existing architecture. And at the same time show the interiors redesigned to adapt to modern life with contemporary high quality finishes. The Archviz project includes certain original ornamental elements as the original ceilings that have been restored to perfection and make these properties unique. Consequently, modernity and tradition coexist in the resulting renderings.
Once the technical project was approved by the local authorities, the 3D images would support the sales of the exclusive apartments. The 3D renderings are exceptionally useful for projects that are under construction. Finally, the main goal was successfully achieved. And all the apartments were sold before completing the renovation works.
The apartments feature comfortable interior ambiences. The living areas include american kitchen with an island, made up of contemporary finishes. Most of the paintings that appear in the renders are made by the famous Basque artist Eduardo Chillida.
