3D interior design rendering for two flats renovation in the Basque Country
The renovation of these two flats located on the Basque Coast, required realistic 3D interior visualization according to their interior design projects. One of the flats is located in the beautiful city of San Sebastian, near the La Concha beach, one of the city’s major icons. The secon one is located in the town of Zarautz with its surfing beaches.
Estudibasic has carried out this project of photorealistic 3D interior design visualisation focused on showing the redesigned look to their owners and captive them. In addition, these 3D rendering collection has become a usefull tool for the renovation works, avoiding unpleasant surprises.
The interior design features comfortable ambiences. The living area includes an american full equiped kitchen with a peninsula, made up of contemporary and natural finishes. The selected colours are black, white and natural warm wood tones. The bathrooms are functional, combining stone, ceramics and wood. In these interior spaces, the lighting has been carefully projected.
The following flat is a renovated exclusive apartment located in an historic residential building in the old town of San Sebastian. Which is the result of the segregation of a large flat in two smaller but spacious apartments. Their privileged location, a few meters from the famous La Concha beach, make it unique.
