3D Visualisation of a luxury villa projected by Maiz&Diaz architects, located in the nice Costa del Sol, a few minutes from Puerto Banús and Marbella beaches. Marbella, with its privileged location and an excellent climate and beauty landscape, is considered unofficially as the capital of the western Costa del Sol and one of Spain’s premier tourist resorts.
Estudibasic was commissioned to produce exterior architectural 3D rendering and the main interior visualization as the hall and living room with a patio that connects to the gym and bar located on the on the underground level. The white minimalist facades contrast with the pool and the surrounding natural landscape. An elegant double height entrance hall leads to a very spacious living and dining room, flooded by natural light. Interior and outdoor design by The Waller.
